Voicemail Greeting

Record your name

You will want to record your name which is used for a few special purposes on the phone system (i.e. search by name directory). To do this, you will use the voicemail menu on your classroom/office phone. On the phone, hit the Messages button, login using your pin and press 5 to access advanced options. Follow the prompts to record your name.

Record your greeting

You will want to record a voicemail greeting that is played to callers when you are unable to answer the phone. To do this, you will use the voicemail menu on your classroom/office phone. On the phone, hit the Messages button, login using your pin and press 5 to access advanced options. Follow the prompts to record your greeting. You have the option to record multiple greetings -- just choose greeting #1 and stick with that unless you have a need for multiple (which no one has as of writing this).
